Butternut Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes must be picked at a certain sugar range fermented at the exact temperature for a certain amount of time and rest several months in the perfect combination of oak barrels. Winemaking: the grapes for the 2013 rule cabernet were sourced from five appellations throughout the napa valley. The grapes were meticulously sorted fermented and then aged in 100% french oak for 18 months before being blended with small lots of merlot cabernet franc and petite verdot. Tasting notes: strawberry currant vanilla and tobacco are ingrained in the initial aromas of this cabernet. The palate evolves into a lush combination of red vines black cherry and cigar box.
