Winemaking we are thrilled to present our 2015 cabernet sauvignon. The 2015 vintage was very low in vine yield. We had to let the fruit hang a little longer than normal to get full maturity. This vintage required a bit more attention to build structure during aging. The strategy paid off as the resulting wine is quite exciting. This wine was aged 14 -20 months in oak: 45% new 80% french medium plus toast 20% american medium toast.
