This medium bodied dry red wine is aged in French oak barrels for nine months for a spiced oak accent and offers concentrated red fruit flavor with bright cherry aromas layered with notes of strawberry and black tea. On the palate juicy black cherry cola vanilla toasted oak and balanced tannins lead to a long silky finish. All of the vineyards for Carmel Road wine are certified sustainable by CCSW (Certified California Sustainable Winegrowing). Serve this versatile Pinot Noir wine with pizza salmon roasted chicken or Parmesan risotto.
