”ageing aged in bottle for between 1 and 1 5 years always at a constant temperature of between 12 and 14ºc in the darkness of our underground cellars protected from natural light and sounds. Tasting note yellow gold with hints of green with a long lasting fine mousse. A truly refreshing lively cava thanks to the excellent blend of the three indigenous white grape varieties: xarello macabeo and parellada which produce fresh aromas and flavours of citrus fruit ripe melon and peach balanced by light touches of baking bread. The palate is dry and well balanced gentle acidity. Serving suggestions a perfect aperitif or an ideal accompaniment to pasta seafood and shellfish smoked fish baked or grilled fish white meats and most rice dishes.
