Perelada Brut Rosado Cava Blend

Established in 1923 perelada is one of spains most dynamic wineries and principal cava producers still very much family-owned and run. This ros cava is a pale cherry red color clean and bright. Its generous stream of fine bubbles form a crown. It has a fruity aroma with a slight ageing tone. This wine has a complex and fruity taste sweet and with a good balance in the mouth. In a blind tasting among 273 cava producers perelada brut rosado was selected to be poured at the spanish royal wedding (may 2004). Grape varieties: garnacha pinot noir trepat.
