The wine is 100% gamay from 30-year-old vines that are meticulously tended by the family. It is green harvested to limit yields. The vinification is done in stainless steel tanks including 8 days of carbonic maceration. It has medium red-magenta color with well-formed legs. The wine is dry and medium-bodied with freshly balanced acidity and medium-light phenolics. It is fresh and fruity with jam and toast reminiscent of old school beaujolais-villages.
