The wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is farmed sustainably leaning towards organic from 30-year-old vines. The skin is 60% macerated for 6 hours then put in a cool maceration for 7 days followed by elevage in tank on the lees. It has yellow straw color with well-formed legs. The wine is dry and medium-bodied with freshly balanced acidity and scant phenolics. It is clean and fresh but much richer than expected. Ripe sweet mixed citrus flavors show with some tree fruit and focused minerals. BearScore: 91
