This chardonnay opens with aromas of sweet apple key lime pie and candied pineapple. Concentrated flavors of ripe melon apple and pear are accented by a touch of citrus and zippy acidity that brings a bright refreshing finish. During winemaking our grapes were fed directly to press. The juice cold-settled for 2 days then fermented for 14-20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process allows the brilliant fruit characters to shine.
