Tasting Notes This Sauvignon Blanc has a bright and clean greenish-yellow coloring. The nose displays great aromatic intensity with notes of citrus white flowers anf pineapple. A balanced mouth with good concentration acidity and persistence. Excellent for serving with seafod salads chicken cheeses and vegetarian dishes. Vineyard Growth Soil: Alluvial and gravelly in mountain states. Red clay and ganitic in coastal and south states. Climate: Milk with cool nights and foggy mornings Harvest: Hand Picked.
