The wine is 100% Pinot Gris that is organically and biodynamically grown then fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast and aged in a once-a-week lees stirring program. It has green straw color with well-formed legs. The wine is dry and medium-plus bodied with freshly balanced acidity and scant phenolics. It is a richer riper wine done in an Alsatian style with some leesy richness. Ripe pear and subtle lime show with fine weight in the mouth feel. BearScore: 92
