Dom Millet Petit Chablis

Petit Chablis is a wine appellation located in the northernmost part of Burgundy France specifically in the Serein Valley. This region is known for its cooler climate and higher elevation which contribute to the fresh crisp and mineral-driven characteristics of its Chardonnay wines. The soils here are a mix of limestone and sand providing a unique terroir that differentiates Petit Chablis from other Chablis wines. Bright fresh and crisp! This Petit Chablis has great yellow and green citrus notes with underlying white flower and soft river rock minerality. Traditional vinification with just a bit of lees aging and a perfect aperitif wine or paired with poultry or light seafood fare.
