Dr Pauly's Doctorberg Vineyard is situated adjacent to the famous Doctor Vineyard in the Mosel's Bernkastel region. Vines here are up to 70-years-old and planted in blue slate soils allowing grapes to have concentration and minerality. White peach and Meyer lemon notes dominate here complemented by a bit of flint on the finish.
