Dr pauly’s doctorberg vineyard is situated adjacent to the famous doctor vineyard in the mosel’s bernkastel region. Vines here are up to 70-years-old and planted in blue slate soils allowing grapes to have concentration and minerality. White peach and meyer lemon notes dominate here complemented by a bit of flint on the finish.
