Efix is a Sardinian Sparkling Prosecco style brut made from Vermentino di Gallura grapes. These grapes are picked early to preserve their crisp flavors and to capture the essence of the rich earth of Sardinia. It is medium bodied with lots of tropical fruit flavor with back notes of toastyness. Also a buttery yet delicate finish with lasting bubbles. Pairs well with shellfish or a light dessert or as an apertif.
