This wine was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then oak aged for 8 months in order to preserve the characteristic varietal aromas while adding a hint of complexity. Tasting notes: Oak fermented mixing notes of pear pineapple and vanilla this wine is complemented by toasted hazelnut aromas and a rich texture.
