100% Pinot Noir fermented in small 1 ton open top stainless steel tanks. with punch downs. Malo-lactic in barrel. Aged for 16 months in combination of French and Hungarian oak barrels. Red in color with well formed legs; dry medium-bodied with fresh acidity and medium phenolics. Clean red fruit (cherry and raspberry and cranberry) Pinot with subtle earth and more cola accented with spice. Fresh and lively. BearScore: 91+.
