Cristalino (Jaume Serra) Rose Brut Pinot Noir

Aging Time: The bottles have remained in our cellars in total darkness and silence for a minimum of 12 months.Jaume Serra is located on top of a hill that slopes gently toward the Mediterranean Sea in Vilanova i La Geltru (Barcelona). Its origins date back to 1647 with a walled estate from the seventeenth century that served to protect an old fort that legend has it contained a passage that connected it to the town.Today the winery is surrounded by an estate of 125 hectares containing Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Tempranillo and Chardonnay vineyards. The winemaking facilities have a grape production capacity of 5 million kg. with the most modern production and aging systems and a capacity for 20 million bottles of wine per year. It currently houses 3 500 American and French oak barrels used to obtain wines of Crianza Reserve and Gran Reserve quality.
