Jeunesse Black Muscat Baron Herzog

Production details: hand harvested and immediately delivered to the winery for whole cluster pressing. Chilled overnight (38º f) and racked to the fermentor. Inoculated with pure yeast culture and fermented at 60º f. Racked from lees and aged in only stainless steel tanks to retain the muscat notes. Style and description: soft silky and a beautiful deep red jeunesse black muscat gives top notes of pear and pineapple. This enjoyably sweet wine is pointedly jeunesse – french for youthful flavor and fun. Serving suggestions: this wine is best enjoyed chilled.
