The wine is 100% chardonnay and aged for 6 months in 55% new french oak with 80% malo-lactic fermentation. It is pale-straw in color well formed legs dry and medium bodied with fresh acidity and scant phenolics. Deliciously fresh juicy and easy to drink with fresh tree tropical and citrus fruits. Supple with a subtle earthiness. Yum! Bear score: 91
