56% cabernet sauvignon 42% merlot 1% cabernet franc and 1% petit verdot aged in all french oak barrels – 30% new. Red-magenta color with well-formed legs; dry medium bodied with freshly balanced acidity and medium phenolics with a really quite long finish. Supple feel with freshness and fine red fruit. Hints at tobacco leaf with more dusty gravel and a bit of cedar. The oak is integrated and the whole of it fits together. Bearscore: 92
