A 100% grand cru blend of 60% Pinot Noir 5% Pinot Meunier and 35% Chardonnay (10% aged in oak barrels) this is a very nice biscuity toasty bubbly showing nice lemon and pear fruit with hints of red berry and cherry. It has a fine mix of fine mix of fruit yeast and terroir and a lovely feel excellent. Bs 92+.
