Harvest The grapes are hand cropped at best maturation stage. Part of the grapes about 30% are let to dry in plateaux for 30/40 days during October/November. Vinification Vinification occurs separately with the wine-maker system. Ageing The wine stays for 14-15 month in French barriques and for at least 6 months in bottles for a further maturation Tasting notes Intense ruby red with violet reflexes pronounced and characteristic bouquet of mature red fruits such as cherries and wild berries with a slightly spicy note. - Marchesi Fumanelli
