The grapes forming the base of this blend come from vineyards that have been cultivated in an environmentally-friendly manner. The label for integrated winemaking which sets guidelines which must be respected guaranties a healthy production essential for good vinification. Vinification without malolactic fermentation gives the wine a fruity aromatic character with a long length on the palate and tiny consistent bubbles; characteristic of high quality champagne.
