The Medusa is made from Albarino grown in the vineyards at Val do Salnes in Galicia (Northwest Spain). Produced without use of oak this has aromas of ripe apricot white flowers and honey with flavors of white peach nectarine and ruby red enveloped by a burst of refreshing acidity. Perfect with seafood especially shrimp or oysters.
