100% Chardonnay from organic vineyards in the Cote de Beaune. The wine is aged for 10 months in oak (20% New) with partial malo-lactic fermentation and no lees stirring. Yellow straw color with well formed legs dry and medium light bodied with fresh acidity and scant phenolics. It is very minerally with focused citrus and spice. Easy to drink and like. Bear Score: 90 Points
