Pommery Brut Rose Royale

The cuvee base of this wine is 33% chardonnay/33% pinot noir/33% meunier and is sourced from 40 crus from the cote des blancs and montagne de reims and a blend of 7% still wine from bouzy for color. It was aged for 4 years of the lees and given a dosage of 8 grams per liter of residual sugar (. 8%). The wine has a pale orange color and shows a medium body with fresh acidity. The wine is a drier more focused ros with spice and mineral earth while giving an underlying red fruit essence. Its tasty and perceived as drier than its dosage would indicate. Bearscore: 92+
