Cabernet Franc is a unique wine made from grapes grown in the southern Judean mountains. This elegant wine as bright tones of red fruit hints of pepper a medium body a healthy tartness and a refreshing bouquet. Grapes are harvested from our vineyards in Mata village in the southern Judean mountains. Aged for 12 months in French wood barrels. Cabernet Franc grapes are manually harvested at dawn and undergo careful inspection. Also available in a Mevushal variation; this wine meets kashrut standards and is suitable for serving at event venues.- Psagot
