I love Cab and always have. The 2014 Ramsay Cabernet Sauvignon was a fun wine to make. For years now I have been searching California’s North Coast high-and-low for really nice vineyards farmed by really engaged farmers who value quality above all else in their work. At this point I feel like I have found a set of grapes that year after year are providing the blended synergistic spectrum of flavors and smells that I think makes up really good Cabernet. Most of the fruit comes from Sonoma but there are a couple of vineyard lots from the Napa Valley Lake County and even one from California’s center that make th
