BLEND Our Fitzrovia Rose is Chardonnay dominant. The delicate colour comes from adding a portion of our handcrafted red wine made from our ripest Pinots. TASTING NOTE A delicate salmon colour with an abundance of fine bubbles. Chardonnay brings freshness and finesse whilst the Pinots add the classic red fruits for which England is so acclaimed. A raspberry and redcurrant nose carries through to a fresh fruit-driven palate. AGEING Drink now or age for another year or two. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Ideal aperitif especially on a warm summer's evening. It pairs beautifully with canapes and bowls of fresh English strawberries. - Ridgeview
