Royal Oporto Colheita 2011 is simply put a very special vintage tawny Port from a single harvest of traditional Douro Valley grapes. Made in the tawny port style and aged in barrel for at least 7 years but often much longer until bottling. The wine is smooth complex and shows sweet dried fruit flavors. The wine also shows typical notes such as toasted almond brown sugar and orange zest. Very fine served on its own or with cheese. Served slightly chilled.
