Mashups are great with music but better with cava. With a unique blend of chardonnay and pinot our gran cuvee reserva gives this mashup the perfect notes. Gran cuvee reserva is best enjoyed pure. Winemaker’s notes this cava offers a fine combination of macabeo and parellada which deliver subtle floral aromas with notes of pear and apple along with the richness of chardonnay and the wild berry notes of pinot noir. Aged for 15 months in contact with its lees in our underground caves to produce a finished wine that is refreshing rich and elegant. – segura viudas
