HIGH ELEVATION COLLECTION Our High Elevation Collection is a careful blend of three appellations within Lake County. The clusters from High Valley bring structure and backbone the Red Hills Appellation contributes lush fruit and ripe characteristics and Big Valley grapes add tannin and fleshy tones to these lively wines. This classic California blend of Zinfandel Syrah Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon is everything we are looking for in a quaffable wine. Spice from the Zinfandel juicy red fruits from the Syrah structure & color from the Petite Sirah and Cabernet for backbone. Aged on a combination of French and American oak to create a smooth lusciously drinkable wine.
