The TODOROFF Gallery is a special limited batch of wines made of the following grape varieties: Mavrud Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Muscat and Chardonnay. The red wines from this batch have aged for three to four months in barrique oak barrels. Character: A wine with intense vibrant and sparkling colour. Its dense clear and rich aroma is typical for this grape variety and it has a pleasant touch of oak. The taste is soft smooth and long-lingering impressing with freshness style and nobility. Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with fois gras and balsamic cherries almonds beef tenderloin tuna carpaccio. Serving temperature: 18-20 degrees Centigrade. - Todoroff
