Topbox wines are crafted to showcase the unique style of washington wine and highlight how each varietal expresses that style in its own way. The fruit is the real star in this wine which is crafted to have a balance between fresh fruit and acidity. For this buttery chardonnay we also add in the use of some oak to lift the structure of the wine while still letting the fruit shine. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks (except for the barrel portion with this wine) with a controlled 1421 day fermentation process. Weve made the wine to be complex enough to hold an experienced consumers interest but still being approachable for all wine drinkers.
