To produce the Dos Racimos (meaning Two Clusters) Gran Reserva winemaker Yolanda Viadero identifies early in the growing season the best vines in her vineyards. She picks two clusters from those vines and trims off the others (around 6-8!) concentrating vine energy in those dos racimos. Extremely low production incredibly special.
