60% cabernet sauvignon 40% tempranillo estate bottled 11 3 year old barrels of french allier oak. Blueberry. Big fruit bomb on the palate full bodied but yr old cabernet fines. Lightly crushed berries are cold stainless steel and then is aged for 13 months in new to macerated for 5 days; total maceration is 20 days for the tempranillo and 25 days for the cabernet sauvignon 70% tempranillo 30% merlot nose hints of cherry & grapes. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in smooth; excellent value.
