Food Pairings Pairs well with pasta pork chicken veal or cooking. Vineyard & Winemaking Notes The grapes are hand harvested from select vineyards on the island of Sicily. Sicily has a Mediterranean climate with volcanic soils ideally suited for richly structured wines. Slow fermentation with controlled temperature.
