Description
Harvest date hand picked grapes in plastic boxes of 25 kgrs. During the first week of february. Second fermentation with selected yeasts at 13 – 15 c. Tasting notes colour – golden yellow colors with green hues. Delicate and persistent bubbles. Aroma – apple pear banana and pineapple aromas with delicate yeasts aromas on the back. Flavour – fresh flavors ample muth and good balance between sugar and acidity. Long lasting tasting. – familia zuccardi
