100% Pinot Noir. Maturing is done in oak barrels during 13 months. Dark red to black color (black sherry black tulip) with shades of violet. This red wine can develop elegant soft and round body with a beautiful fruity mouth. Full-bodied wine that will turn into a long keeping. Gastronomic match: Veal roast duck with green peppercorn coq-au-vin games cheeses. Accommodation temperature: 18C. Shelf life: From 5 to 10 years.
