Winemaker's comments: A wine with violet color. The predominating aromas of red fruits such as plums cherries and raspberries and notes of vanilla. The lush palate is fresh and juicy with good depth and soft ripe tannins. Vinification: The different varieties are picked early and fermented separately to achieve their maximum potential. The macerations are prolonged to increase the volume and complexity of the wine. Once the varieties are blended the wine is placed in contact with oak to increase complexity and heighten the fruity characteristics. Suggested food: Ideal with red meat pork with creamy sauces pasta and semi ripe cheeses.- Vina Santa Rita
