Mateus Dry Ros is a fresh supple fruity wine with a bright robe. On the palate its slightly sparkling edge makes it an excellent aperitif. It also goes well with Chinese and Italian cuisine grilled meats salads fish and shellfish. The atypical colour of Mateus rose is the result of a long fermentation process at a controlled temperature during which the fermented juice does not come into contact with the grape skins.
