Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Spiced Rum
  • 2 oz Coconut cream
  • 12 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • Seltzer
  • Garnish: pomegranate seeds and fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Blend cream and rum until frothy.
  2. In a Collins glass, muddle mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar.
  3. Fill glass with ice, pour cream mixture over, and top off with seltzer.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig and pomegranate seeds.
