Limoncello’s history dates back more than a century, when the Italians figured out a way to turn lemons into bottles full of liquid sunshine. Sweet, tart and served bracingly cold; it’s the perfect liqueur for sipping after dinner, but also makes a great mixer for cocktails!

2 oz limoncello
4 oz sparkling wine
Splash of orange juice
Frozen raspberries

Taking a few notes from a Sunday Brunch favorite, the Mimosa, the Raspberry-Limon Drop combines sparkling wine and limoncello in a glass, with a splash of orange juice and frozen raspberries as ice cubes!

1 oz limoncello
1 tbsp lemon juice
Splash of lemon-lime soda
Lemon wheel for garnish

The Limon-ade cocktail is refreshing, delicious and easy to make. Mix for two or make a batch for your next BBQ! Combine the vodka, limoncello and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and shake to blend. Pour into an ice-filled glass, add a splash of lemon-lime soda and garnish with a lemon wheel.
