Get Cozy With Mulled Wine!

Cooler temps and darker days create the perfect scenario for a sweet, steaming mug of mulled wine. Cinnamon sticks and red wine are the two key components to many mulled wine recipes, including two of our favorites below!

Traditional

750 ml red wine
¼ cup brandy
1 orange, peeled & sliced
8-10 cloves
¼ cup honey
3 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp ground ginger

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Warm on low-medium heat for 20-25 minutes, avoiding boiling. Stir occasionally, completely dissolving the honey. When the wine is steaming and the ingredients are blended, it is ready to serve. Ladle into your mug and enjoy!

Apple Cider

750 ml red wine
4 cups apple cider
¼ cup honey
2 cinnamon sticks
1 orange, zested & juiced
4 cloves
3 star anise
4 oranges, peeled for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Ladle into your mug and garnish with an orange peel!
