5 Fall Cider Recipes

Nothing says fall like fresh cider! Whether you prefer it hot or cold, we’ve got some spiked cider recipes that are sure to heat up your autumn.

Apple Cider Mule

Ingredients

  • 4 oz vodka
  • Ginger beer
  • Sparkling cider
  • Sliced apple, for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill two copper mugs with ice. Pour 2 oz vodka into each cup.
  2. Fill 2/3 full with sparkling cider, then top with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick. Serve.

Slow-Cooker Mulled Wine

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 oranges, peels and juice
  • 2 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp whole cloves
  • 1 tbsp star anise

Directions

  1. Combine wine, cider, cranberry juice, sugar, cranberries, the peel from 1 orange, the juice of 1 orange, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  2. Cook on high until warm, about 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm and garnish each glass with a piece of orange peel.

Cranberry Ginger Cider Cocktail

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hard sparkling apple cider
  • 1/4 cup ginger beer
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 5 fresh cranberries
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Muddle cranberries in the bottom of glass and fill with ice.
  2. Add remaining drink ingredients and serve immediately.

Spiced Coconut Rum & Apple Cider Cocktail

  1. Fill a short glass with ice. Add 3oz of apple cider and 1oz Spiced Coconut Rum.
  2. Garnish with a couple of apple slices and a cinnamon stick. Use the cinnamon to stir the drink together.

Warm Caramel Apple Cider

Ingredients

  • 1½ qts. apple cider
  • 1½ cups Pinnacle Caramel Apple Vodka
  • Optional-sweetened whipped cream and caramel syrup

Directions

  1. Warm the apple cider in a saucepan. Pour into heatproof mugs, dividing evenly. A
