This has to be one of our favorite holidays because it honors one of our favorite liqueurs. And what better to celebrate this treat than by mixing it up in some delicious cocktails!
Toasted Almond
2 oz amaretto
2 oz coffee liqueur
2 oz light cream
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well to blend. Strain into your glass and toast to this tasty liqueur!
Sunset Delight
2 oz amaretto
3 oz orange juice
3 oz club soda
1 dash grenadine
Fill your glass with crushed ice. Pour the amaretto over ice and slowly add orange juice. Top with club soda and add a dash of grenadine.
Cranberry Kiss
8 oz vodka
4 oz amaretto
16 oz cranberry juice cocktail
3 tbsp orange juice
Pour ingredients into a large pitcher and stir. Cover and chill until you are ready to serve.
The New Old Fashioned
1 ½ oz whiskey
1 oz amaretto
½ oz apple cider
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp orange zest
3 sage leaves
2 orange twists
Cherry for garnish
Carefully slice cherry from top to bottom around the pit and soak in the amaretto. Muddle cider, sage, brown sugar, orange twists and zest in a glass. Add whiskey and stir. Strain mixture into an ice-filled glass and garnish with the cherry.
