Peach Cocktail Recipes That Are Peachy Keen!

Peach cobbler, peach jam, peach pie. Summertime means peaches! So why not enjoy this summer treat with these delicious peach cocktail recipes? Fresh Texas peaches will add the perfect hint of sweetness and fruitiness to these refreshing drinks. Give them a try. They’re downright peachy!

Peach Julep

¼ cup bourbon
1 oz peach schnapps
2 dashes of bitters
½ white peach, pitted and diced
6 mint leaves
Splash of club soda
Peach slice and mint sprig for garnish

Muddle the diced peach and mint leaves in a glass. Add bourbon, peach schnapps and bitters and fill with ice. Top off with a splash of club soda and stir. Garnish with a peach slice and mint sprig.

Rosemary Peach Sparkler

5 oz sparkling wine
2 ripe peaches, peeled & cut into 1-inch pieces
¾ cup water
½ cup sugar
1 rosemary sprig

Combine water, sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Strain syrup over a bowl and chill at least an hour. Blend syrup with peaches until smooth. Strain mixture over a bowl, cover and chill at least 4 hours. Spoon 2 tablespoons into a flute and top off with sparkling wine.

White Peach Pick-Me-Up

¼ cup silver tequila
¼ cup peach liqueur
¼ cup lime juice
2 tbsp simple syrup
2 ripe white peaches, peeled, pitted & chopped
Mint sprigs for garnish

Place peaches in food processor and process until smooth. Pass through a mesh strainer into a bowl. Blend peach purée, tequila, liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup until smooth. Serve over ice and garnish with a mint sprig.

Party Peach

2 oz peach vodka
½ oz lime juice
½ oz orange juice
½ oz elderflower liqueur
Peach slice for garnish

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well to blend. Strain into a glass and garnish with a peach slice.
