Yes that’s correct, National Beverage Day comes directly after Cinco De Mayo! Perhaps it’s for those of us who overestimated our level of festive consumption and were wondering what to do with the remaining drinks? With many countries celebrating anything and everything, for instance on February 10th Korea celebrates ‘Seollal’ or their new year, they typically will toast endless hours of Soju. You might ask what is soju? It’s the national adult beverage of Korea of course!

Island Martini
2 oz coconut vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cranberry juice
Combine ingredients in an ice-filled glass and stir well.
Apple Delight
1 oz apple vodka
1 oz white wine
2 oz cranberry juice
Green apple slices for garnish
Place green apple slices in your glass and add ice. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Enjoy!
