Friday the 13th Cocktails

It’s Friday the 13^th, a date many associate with bad luck. But here at Spec’s we believe in making your own luck, so why not celebrate? After all, a Friday is still a Friday.

So stop by your nearest Spec’s to stock up on the ingredients you’ll need to make these superstitious sippers. But just to be safe — try not to walk under any ladders on your way.

Black Cat

Ingredients

• 1 oz Blavod Black Vodka
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 3 oz lemon lime soda
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
• Lime twist for garnish

Directions

1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add curacao, vodka and lime juice and shake. Add soda and stir.
2. Pour cranberry juice into a tall glass. Over the back of a spoon, gently strain the mixed ingredients over the cranberry juice, being careful not to completely mix the two for presentation.
3. Serve with a cocktail stirrer and a lime twist for garnish.

13th Floor

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 1 oz club soda
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 raspberries for garnish

Directions

1. In a highball glass, muddle the raspberries and simple syrup.
2. Add the gin and lemon juice, and stir.
3. Fill with ice and top with the club soda and garnish with raspberries.

Full Moon Rising

Ingredients

• 1 oz Irish cream
• 1 oz orange liqueur
• 1 oz Drambuie
• 1 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz vodka

Directions

1. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Enjoy!
