Maker’s Mark Spec’s Private Select
Spec’s loves working with Maker’s Mark! Thisselection of staves creates an excellent bourbon for drinking neat or your favorite cocktail.
A flash of head up front is followed by cinnamon, honey, and dry oak. A balanced mingling of sweet and oak.
Walking Stick Single Barrel Bourbon
Distilled in the Barton 1792 Distillery, this is one of the best bourbons for the price. Profiles of vanilla, caramel, and dried tropical fruits.
Spec’s Single Barrel Select * Barrell Bourbon
Like all our barrel picks, this is one of a kind and really shows off Barrell’s stock. This is a buttery-vanilla bourbon with notes of dried pear, caramel wafer, and fresh ground clove.
Russell’s Reserve Single Barrel Bourbon
A Wild Turkey Distillery cornerstone. The flavor profile is a result from the char #4 used on the barrels at Wild Turkey. Bold spice, almond, vanilla and dark chocolate.
Spec’s Wilderness Trail Single Barrel Bourbon
This brand is young and came out swinging with picks for us this year.
This barrel is flavorful, a true wheater, filled with caramel, and vanilla and finished with dried raisins.
Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon
A tried and true, Four Roses does what they do so well, it’s hard to stray once you’ve had their single barrel. This recipe is full-bodied with a heavy dose of rye spice, stone fruits, and maple syrup. It’s big – but is mellow at the same time.
Calumet Farms Bourbon * Single Rack Black 15yr
You cannot find a better bourbon this old for this price point. Get out your Glencairn glass, pour, and take your time. This bottle is complex. Warm smoky sweetness up front, with lingering bold oak and spice.
Castle & Key Small Batch Bourbon
A long-awaited release from the historic Old Taylor Distillery in Kentucky. Notes of toffee, almond, and cinnamon baking spices.
Saint Cloud Bourbon 100’
This brand proudly hand-picks barrels to provide complexity and uniqueness. This bottle is rich and hits all the right spots. Brown sugar, baking spices, chocolate, and light smoke.
