Tequila punch is always a wonderful addition to any gathering, but even more so for Cinco de Mayo! A punch cocktail is made with fruit juice and alcohol and is a great way to get yourself out from behind the bar and back into the party. These large-batch cocktails can be made well in advance of your gathering and stored in the fridge until guests arrive.

Patrón’s Citrus Punch
Ingredients
- 2 oz agave nectar
- 9 oz Patrón Añejo
- 3 oz Martini & Rossi Bitter
- 3 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 oz Key lime juice
- 12 oz club soda
- Ice
- orange slices, for garnish
Directions
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the agave and Patrón Añejo, and stir to dissolve the nectar.
- Add the remaining ingredients and chill. Immediately before serving, add 2 to 3 cups of ice cubes and a few orange slices.
- Serve in rocks glasses or punch cups.
Tequila Punch
Ingredients
- 8 oz Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila
- 8 oz cranberry juice
- 8 oz grapefruit juice
- 8 oz orange juice
- Orange slice
- Lime slice
Directions
- In a large pitcher or bowl with ice, add tequila, cranberry, grapefruit and orange juice.
- Pour individual servings into glasses over ice and garnish with an orange and lime slice.
Tequila Sunrise Champagne Punch
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups silver tequila
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup grenadine syrup
- 1 750 mL. bottle of your favorite brut champagne
- Ice
- Maraschino cherries
- Orange slices
Directions
- Add tequila, orange juice, pineapple juice and champagne to a pitcher or glass beverage dispenser.
- Fill the beverage dispenser with ice.
- Slowly and carefully pour in the grenadine to get the classic effect of the tequila sunrise cocktail.
- Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry on a toothpick.
- Serve immediately in glasses filled with ice.
Tropical Tequila Punch
Ingredients
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup reposado tequila
- 1 ½ tbsp. thawed frozen passion fruit juice concentrate
- ½ tsp. fresh lime juice
Directions
- In a highball glass, mix all ingredients.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes; stir to blend.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple spear.
Jalapeño Tequila Punch
Ingredients
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup tequila
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
Directions
- In a saucepan over a high flame, add a sliced jalapeno and water. Bring to a boil.
- Then add in sugar and mix until completely dissolved. Remove from flame and set aside for 5 minutes, allowing jalapeño syrup to cool. Remove the jalapenos or, if you prefer, pour into your drink.
- In a pitcher add in tequila, lemon juice, and lime juice. Stir to combine. Then add in jalapeno syrup and give it a stir.
- Fill 3 to 4 glasses with ice then divide tequila/jalapeno mixture among glasses evenly.
- Top each glass with sparkling water evenly. Mix and enjoy.
